Services
Personalized experience that blends Polarity Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, sound, and gentle movement to support nervous system regulation and energetic balance. Using light touch, deeper contact, rocking, and vibration, sessions are packed to meet the body's needs while allowing space for emotional and energetic release. The focus is on supporting harmony, presence, and overall well-being.
Group sound healing experiences are designed for slowing down and reconnecting with the body in a shared, supportive space. Sound is used as a regulating and restorative medium, supporting relaxation, emotional clarity, and nervous System balance. These gatherings are ideal for community groups, nonprofits, and wellness spaces.

FAQs
Common Questions
What is Polarity Therapy?
Polarity Therapy was developed by Dr. Randolph Stone, an osteopath, chiropractor, and naturopath, as a holistic system that integrates Eastern and Western healing traditions. Drawing from practices such as reflexology, acupressure, craniosacral balancing, yoga, qi gong, and Ayurved. Polarity Therapy offers a unified approach to whole-person wellness.

At its core, Polarity Therapy recognizes that the human energy field is influenced by movement, nutrition, beliefs, relationships, life experiences, trauma, and environment. Sessions support balance through gentle bodywork, guided awareness, dialogue, and movement. This work is based on the understanding that life is shaped by polarities -- positive, negative, and neutral -- and that healing comes from learning to move fluidly between states rather than becoming stuck. When energy is supported in this way, the body and nervous system can return toward greater ease, balance, and vitality.
Is your work trauma-informed?
Yes. My work is trauma-informed, meaning sessions are guided by safety, choice, consent, and respect. You are always in control of your experience, and we move gently with what feels supportive for your body and nervous system. I prioritize creating a grounded, welcoming space where your system can settle, orient, and respond naturally.
How should I prepare for a session?
Come as you are! Comfortable clothing you can move and relax in is encouraged. You may find it helpful to drink water beforehand and to come with an open, curious mindset, knowing you can share any intentions, needs, or boundaries.
What happens during a session?
Each session begins with a check-in to understand how you are feeling and what support would be most helpful. You'll remain fully clothed while I use gentle movement, bodywork, sound, and guided awareness to support balance and nervous system regulation. All sessions are centered around your comfort and consent.

What can I expect after a session?
After a session, people often report feeling more relaxed, grounded, or present, though each experience is unique. It's normal to feel deeply rested, emotionally open, or energized, and these effects may continue to unfold over the next few days. It is recommended to drink plenty of water, moving gently, and giving yourself space to integrate the experience.
How will I know if this work is right for me?
This work may be a good fit if you're seeking gentle, holistic support and a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. You don't need prior experience with energy or somatic work -- curiosity, openness, and a desire for greater balance are enough. If you're unsure, you're always welcome to reach out with questions or begin with a single session to explore what feels supportive for you.
